I hope everyone is staying warm with the recent cold snap we are having in Colorado. This week there are two very interesting articles I wanted to share:

First, the Gunnison sage grouse has been listed as “threatened” species by the federal government. Second, Coldwell Banker released a new survey on home prices. They compared the same size house (3 bed/2 baths) in various submarkets throughout the state.
